Once you arrive in Munnar, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at your own pace. After a hearty breakfast, get ready for a full day of exploring Munnar, one of India’s most beautiful hill stations. Start your day at the Tea Museum, where you can learn about the area’s tea heritage. Next, head to Mattupetty Dam for stunning views and maybe even a boat ride. Don’t forget to stop by Echo Point, where you can hear your voice bounce off the hills, and Kundala Lake, famous for its calm waters and pedal boat rides. Be sure to visit Photo Point, ideal for snapping those picture-perfect moments. If it’s open, check out Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr.

After an early breakfast, check out of your hotel and head to Alleppey, often called the Venice of the East. By noon, you’ll board your private deluxe houseboat, where you’ll be greeted with a refreshing drink. As you cruise through Kerala’s famous backwaters, take in the views of lush paddy fields, coconut groves, and the everyday life of local villagers. Enjoy a delicious Kerala lunch on board, along with evening tea and snacks. The gentle sway of the boat and the sounds of nature make this a wonderfully relaxing experience.
